Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received. To start a return, contact us at contact.KOBLO@gmail.com. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or we made an error with your order. We’ll provide instructions once your return request is approved.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reciept and contact us within 5 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will review the issue and do our best to make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We do not accept exchange requests.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
