Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are made to order. Most items will ship within 5-10 business days. During busy seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery
We ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the order size and destination.
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States.

Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address. We’re not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages
If a package arrives damaged, reach out within 5 days with photos and your order number so we can help resolve it. If a package shows as delivered but you can’t find it, please contact your local carrier first. Most issues resolve within a day or two.

 

Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
